Excellent

A great reminder and guide to a meditation practice. Soothing and non intrusive voice and simple clear guided meditation sessions. What a great way to get started on a mindfulness practise!

Im glad to have found this app. Even though I dont always find time to use it on a regular basis as im supposed to. But if i do, i really feel relieved of the stress i felt before. It calms me and my mind down and make me feel a little happier and less concerned about all the little problems and struggles in life.

A must have

Ive been telling everyone about this app. Ive seen a change in how I handle stressful situations after just a couple days of practice. If your goal is to create a habit of mindfulness, this is a must have!

Mindfulness in a minute.

Love how this app builds on previous lessons each day. Gentle reminders to take a pause throughout the day help you relax in jut a few minutes.

Has purpose, but lacks polishing

Great idea, and very useful for random reminders. However, the application crashed several times while clicking on the reminders. Bugs in the Pause and Checks in sentences. Simple application logic should take care of the cases when a user leaves a field blank. I do not find the UI / menus very intuitive and the videos could be of better quality.

This is a wonderful app! Its subtle, with a decent design and no esoteric blabla. The exercises are short and compatible with the daily life demands. Unfortunately it gets stuck sometimes at one day and doesnt switch to the current one. Other than that - I love it!

Doesnt sync

The app is ok, her voice is somewhat annoying which doesnt help when your trying to meditate. But what really bothers me is that it doesnt sync across devices. I am on day 5 on my iPhone but day 1 on my iPad and it only allows you to do 1 lesson a day so I cant fast forward to the same day on my iPad. I have other meditation apps that sync across devices, this is the only one that doesnt. Would have more stars if it did this

Fantastic!

This is a great app, it really helps me to fight daily stress. And Im far more aware of my body now. Really recommended :)

Daily Mindfulness App

This App is very well designed and function perfectly.

I Love This App!

I have been practicing Mindfulness for about 6 months now and have found Mindfulness Daily an excellent tool. I even told my counsellor about it. The voice that leads each lesson is very calming. Highly recommended!

Best meditation mindfulness app Ive seen!

This app is fantastic. It has short and long exercises with varied styles and content. I love the breathing pauses. It also will remind you throughout the day to be mindful and to breath. It is a fantastic way to learn mindfulness and incorporate it into you life. I made everyone in my family get it. I highly recommend!!!

Designed for learning

I like that this app is designed around daily lessons. Each lesson is short, and you can only take one each day, the app wont let you blast through them in one sitting like youre binge watching Game of Thrones one the weekend. This gives you time to process what youve learned and gradually make mindfulness a natural part of your day. The app keeps track of your activities and reminds you to practice twice a day, if you want it too. You can choose short or long practice exercises at any time, and you can take quick breaks in the middle of the day. (This would be more useful on a phone than an iPad.) It is not the best designed app, but its an effective learning tool.

Practical and useful

I really enjoy using this app. The reminders are great and the small exercises based on mood are very helpful. I also like how it will not allow me to jump ahead. Each day is a new one. Mindfulness and breathing exercises to ground, focus and regulate emotion. Great stuff.

Great help

I managed to go through the program almost daily. Each day I had the feeling that I was much faster in going deep into myself and to become more self-aware I will continue daily

Encourages mindfulness habit

I like the reminders and encouragement to experience a variety of mindfulness practices. I have difficulty with the slow automated sounding speakers voice during meditations. Articulation is not as valuable to me as hearing the voice of someone who is obviously involved in the practice of mindfulness.

Excellent Every-Day App

This app is excellent to establish a mindfulness routine. The practice sessions are great. It wiuld be nice to get more timed silent meditation sessions - as going from 5 minutes to 20 minutes is a big jump.

Great app for beginners

This app helped making mindfulness a daily routine possible. The short guided sessions made it realistic. The tracking helped me monitor my progress. The "check in" to help write down my thoughts was helpful. The "pause" button (which is a short video for taking two breaths) is easy to use anywhere and anytime. I use the pause multiple times throughout the day (waiting for the bus, while cooking dinner, when I am working and need to close my eyes for a second to regain focus). I highly recommend this app!!
