This app has reminders, guides you through the meditation techniques & the best part is the pause button. When I start feeling tense I just take a little pause and get my breathing under control. This app has been amazing! I have even told my psychologist about it! Its super easy to use and the little reminder chimes that pop up are great! As soon as I heard them it automatically made me stop and think about how tense I was and take a few moments to check in, No matter how busy I was in my day! Thanks for a useful app!

I am very much enjoying learning how to properly meditate. Gods Word says that we are to meditate day and night but most people dont know how. I have enjoyed this very much and can tell I am so much more relaxed than I was just five days ago. This is amazing!
Sometimes my day gets a bit nutty (whos doesnt?). This app will periodically remind me to take a pause for 15 seconds. It is quiet - no one knows. I can pause anywhere. And that pause feature helps me focus on the moment and gets me centered again. For that and so much more i love it!

Some bad moments

The app is ok, her voice is somewhat annoying which doesnt help when your trying to meditate. But what really bothers me is that it doesnt sync across devices. I am on day 5 on my iPhone but day 1 on my iPad and it only allows you to do 1 lesson a day so I cant fast forward to the same day on my iPad. I have other meditation apps that sync across devices, this is the only one that doesnt. Would have more stars if it did this
I immediately regretted buying this app when I found I had to register. If you register with Facebook, it wants to access your profile and friends list. Your other option is to create an account for the app. It then asks you to provide your personal info. This app has no reason to ask my name, gender and birthdate to function. It clearly is mining data for research or marketing purposes. Dont spend money on this. Wish I hadnt.
Requires registration without any clear benefits from having an account. Unfortunately, I dont like the narrators voice and am not able to focus. Which is bad in a mindfulness meditation app.
I dont know anything about meditation. This app has done well for a newbie like me.
I like this app - easy to use - simple - never obnoxious. Id recommend to anyone interested in adding a little mindfulness to their daily lives.
No glitches or issues. Im about a week in, and this app is really helping me find time to calm myself and be more mindful!
