I love this app!

This app has been amazing! I have even told my psychologist about it! Its super easy to use and the little reminder chimes that pop up are great! As soon as I heard them it automatically made me stop and think about how tense I was and take a few moments to check in, No matter how busy I was in my day! Thanks for a useful app!

I am very much enjoying learning how to properly meditate. Gods Word says that we are to meditate day and night but most people dont know how. I have enjoyed this very much and can tell I am so much more relaxed than I was just five days ago. This is amazing!

The periodic pause reminders are so helpful

Sometimes my day gets a bit nutty (whos doesnt?). This app will periodically remind me to take a pause for 15 seconds. It is quiet - no one knows. I can pause anywhere. And that pause feature helps me focus on the moment and gets me centered again. For that and so much more i love it!

Best mindfulness app by FAR

I am a certified yoga teacher, and have attempted to developed a daily mindfulness practice through the use of various resources. However, mindfulness daily is by far the best resource Ive come across. It starts off slow, allowing you to ease into the practice. Its fully comprehensive, and reminds you to maintain a state of mindfulness throughout the day. Headspace is one of the more popular (and wildly expensive) apps out there for mindfulness, and Mindfulness Daily blows it out of the water. It has a greater capacity to engrain the basics of meditation, and its affordability is more in line with the philosophy of mindfulness in my opinion. Love this app!

Amazing App!

I went through a year of Dialetical Behavior Therapy, so I know quite a bit about mindfulness and meditation. Ive been looking for an app to help me keep doing mindfulness since I graduated from the program. I finally found one! This app is amazing, it has helped me immensely to be more mindful and present where I would normally be far away mentally. I highly recommend this app!

This app was perfect for me and my busy schedule? There were simple steps to take and I started to look forward to the next time to take a break. I never thought a software application could bring mindfulness to my day but this app really did.

This app is a great help in teaching me to be present in the moment, something I struggle with tremendously. The daily practices are fantastic in preparing for the day, and finishing the day. The check-ins remind me to stop and reflect on how Im managing my day, which is new to me.
