I am a certified yoga teacher, and have attempted to developed a daily mindfulness practice through the use of various resources. However, mindfulness daily is by far the best resource Ive come across. It starts off slow, allowing you to ease into the practice. Its fully comprehensive, and reminds you to maintain a state of mindfulness throughout the day. Headspace is one of the more popular (and wildly expensive) apps out there for mindfulness, and Mindfulness Daily blows it out of the water. It has a greater capacity to engrain the basics of meditation, and its affordability is more in line with the philosophy of mindfulness in my opinion. Love this app!
