This app has really calmed me down. I love it!
Ive been doing meditation in varying forms for several years, but let the practice slip away after I felt I had achieved the benefits I wanted. As with any healthy practice, you dont get to keep the rewards unless you continue the word. This app has been an excellent tool to help me take baby steps in the right direction.
User friendly, options and overall a great way to continue to bring mindfulness into my moments, hours, days... Presence in the moment.
Of the meditation apps I have used this far, Im getting a lot out of this one. The guidance and education are good for a beginner but doesnt overwhelm the process. I also like that there is a schedule and the lessons build upon one another. It allows for learning and practice in meditation at a digestible and comfortable pace.
This app is keeping me on track with my mindfulness.
