I like that this app is designed around daily lessons. Each lesson is short, and you can only take one each day, the app wont let you blast through them in one sitting like youre binge watching Game of Thrones one the weekend. This gives you time to process what youve learned and gradually make mindfulness a natural part of your day.
The app keeps track of your activities and reminds you to practice twice a day, if you want it too. You can choose short or long practice exercises at any time, and you can take quick breaks in the middle of the day. (This would be more useful on a phone than an iPad.)
It is not the best designed app, but its an effective learning tool.
