Ive been using Mindfulness Daily for three days. I have tried many mood and psychological apps. This one has help me more than any of the others. I like the ability to schedule times that the app notifies you to check in and center yourself. The flow sequence for managing feelings is incredibly helpful. Attending to the prompts the app asks me to do provides relief and thus Ive started to bond with the app because its helping me:) If I were going to offer any suggestions for improvement it would be if the breathing sequence background video could be filtered. Some of the backgrounds are more helpful than others in that some can create stress because they remind me of certain things. It would be neat to be able to be able to purposely choose certain themes and also prevent other themes from being played in settings. Thank you for creating the app.

I feel more relaxed after every meditation

Love how many different meditations and helpful options offered! Love the beautiful pictures to focus on during "pause" meditations. So many great things about this well made app.

Friendly Reminders

Easy-to-use app, that offers the right balance of time for mindfulness and awareness throughout the day. I find that even if Im not able to take each break, it offers me some additional awareness in the present (albeit busy) moment. Great app

Truly helpful tool for mindfulness and less stress

This app has helped me learn more about mindfulness and decreased my stress. I enjoyed the reminders throughout the day and the interactive parts of the app. I recommend it to anyone wanting to be more mindful each day and looking for a well developed app to support the process.

Excellent Training

This program is perfect for anyone with ADHD. The lessons are of perfect length, informative, and easy to incorporate into a busy daily routine. I enjoyed this program so much that I started using the training with my son who also deals with ADHD. These lessons have helped both of us slow down, maintain focus, and improve our relationships with ourselves and others. Thank you for developing such an awesome course. I look forward to future releases to build upon the mindfulness habits that I now enjoy.

Much Needed

I do get annoyed when Im interrupted in my "Busy?" schedule to "focus inward" or "take a moment and just breathe." But then Im reminded how many times I make excuses for not doing the things that are good for me. So, 5 stars for helping me breaking through my excuses!!

I have found this app extremely helpful in beginning a new practice. It makes mindfulness accessible to people who would not ordinarily find time for this type of thing.

Helped me manage daily stress. Meditations could be more varied.

Perfect way to reset a mindfulness practice!

I established a mindfulness practice several years ago. Recently Ive experienced some very traumatic events. Add to that the daily demands of being a working mom and wife, the "noise" has been to loud for me to settle into my usual practice. Ive found that the short meditations provided in this app along with the reminders are helping me to block out the noise again. I expect to be back to my old practice before too long.

Good start to daily self awareness

I want to add a couple of things based on my experience with Mindfulness Daily. About every six months, I delete the app and re-install it. This allows me to take the 21 day basic course over again. Each time I do I re-learn something that I had forgotten. Plus I reinforce what I have learned. I just wish that I didnt have to go through the hassle of re-installing it each time. I have gone through at least one work book of daily self awareness but I could not get into practicing it regularly. It was easy to slip. This program is chocked full of reminders that can be tailored to your needs or just turned off altogether. I found and do find that extremely helpful. To fully get the most out of this you will probably buy additional meditation scripts. Thats another four bucks but well worth it. Bottom Line. This is a great program that delivers on its promise to guide you into mindfulness at a reasonable price.

Simply the best!

I have downloaded over 20 meditation/mindfulness apps, and this one is the best in my opinion.

Great reminder

Reminds me to center myself. Of course this app doesnt work if you dont DO the work! I like that it has so many things to choose from. I suffer from asthma and learning to breath has helped me calm down. I dont use my inhaler as much. Not saying use this as your meds!!!!!!! Just saying calming your body down helps your health

Great app to get started with mindfulness

I was always overwhelmed by mindfulness and meditation, but knew it was something I wanted and NEEDED to do for my health and sanity. I found this app and it was an easy intro with daily reminders to pause. If you actually try to keep up with the daily reminders to pause, you can begin to notice and feel a difference!

No more excuses

Perfect for the person who wants to be mindful but just doesnt have the time. With a short lesson and quick exercise its easy to stay on track daily.
