Easy, simple, and effective

This app is great for those who may not be do familiar with mindfulness/meditation. Great daily lessons, and a list of guided meditations (most taking only a few minutes) you can access at any time.

This app collects data

I immediately regretted buying this app when I found I had to register. If you register with Facebook, it wants to access your profile and friends list. Your other option is to create an account for the app. It then asks you to provide your personal info. This app has no reason to ask my name, gender and birthdate to function. It clearly is mining data for research or marketing purposes. Dont spend money on this. Wish I hadnt.

Not a day passes where I dont use this app! The audio lessons are informative and soothing, unlike some hypnotherapy apps that I own. The developers are also very quick to respond to any queries that I had. Thanks!

This meditation app has been really helpful especially if you dont have 15 or 20 minutes for meditation. There are breathing exercises you can do that take less than a minute to do. Its also very interactive. This app allows you to set goals and focus on things that are important and meaningful to you. If it was possible, I would rate this app 4.5 not 4 out of 5.

Good app for being more self aware

Although this app could be further developed it is a great daily reminder to let stress go and how to better relax love it

After three days of using this app I am very satisfied. The app has been intelligently and carefully developed so that one feels guided by a personal teacher. The sessions are generally short, gentle, and make sense according to ones level of mindfulness experience.
