I went through a year of Dialetical Behavior Therapy, so I know quite a bit about mindfulness and meditation. Ive been looking for an app to help me keep doing mindfulness since I graduated from the program. I finally found one! This app is amazing, it has helped me immensely to be more mindful and present where I would normally be far away mentally. I highly recommend this app!
