I want to add a couple of things based on my experience with Mindfulness Daily. About every six months, I delete the app and re-install it. This allows me to take the 21 day basic course over again. Each time I do I re-learn something that I had forgotten. Plus I reinforce what I have learned. I just wish that I didnt have to go through the hassle of re-installing it each time.
I have gone through at least one work book of daily self awareness but I could not get into practicing it regularly. It was easy to slip.
This program is chocked full of reminders that can be tailored to your needs or just turned off altogether. I found and do find that extremely helpful.
To fully get the most out of this you will probably buy additional meditation scripts. Thats another four bucks but well worth it.
Bottom Line. This is a great program that delivers on its promise to guide you into mindfulness at a reasonable price.
